Sofia Bronshteyn is a Senior at UCLA, studying Political Science and History. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Sofia has always been involved in her local Jewish community, and is honored to build a new, strong community at UCLA. As one of the founding leaders of the first JOC West Coast Chapter, Sofia is proud of the growth of JOC and it’s impact on her campus. 

As the daughter of immigrants, Sofia’s Jewish Identity is connected to a story of resilience, and she is grateful for the ability to build a community of Jewish students proud of their identities and dedicated to the core values of Tikkun Olam.

Outside of Jewish on Campus, Sofia is involved in Greek Life, Challah for Hunger, and research at the Center for Middle East Development.
